Terms of Service

The Terms govern your use of Easy Raids' services, including game servers, accounts, digital content, virtual goods and related services (the "Service").

By creating an account, making a purchase or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept the Terms.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 16, or if a lower age limit applies under the law of the country where you live, the consent of a parent or guardian is required. The age limit can never be lower than 13.

You must provide correct and complete information when you register, and you are responsible for keeping it up to date.

You may only have one account. Your account is personal and may not be sold, transferred or otherwise made available to anyone else. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Fake accounts and so-called "smurf" accounts are not allowed.

If you register through Steam, your Easy Raids account is permanently linked to the Steam account used when you registered.

You are responsible for protecting your login details and may not share them with anyone else. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

The Service is provided as is and as available. Easy Raids strives to keep the Service available and working, but cannot guarantee that it is always free from errors, interruptions, outages or other technical problems.

Easy Raids may at any time change, update, limit, temporarily suspend or remove all or part of the Service. This may concern, among other things, features, game mechanics, content, prices, progression, game balance, virtual goods and virtual currencies, and may be done, for example, in connection with maintenance, updates, security measures or other technical or business reasons.

Easy Raids may also reset or roll back the Service or parts of its content, for example to fix technical errors, bugs, exploits or other problems that affect how the Service works or its game balance.

Changes, resets or rollbacks may mean that game data, progression, virtual goods, virtual currencies or other content is changed, reset or lost. Easy Raids is not obliged to compensate the User for such changes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Virtual goods and virtual currencies provided in the Service are digital assets that may only be used within the Service and in accordance with these Terms.

When you buy or otherwise receive virtual goods or virtual currencies, you do not gain ownership of the underlying digital asset. Instead, you get a limited right to use it within the Service for as long as Easy Raids provides it, and in accordance with the rules that apply to the Service.

Virtual goods and virtual currencies cannot be sold, transferred, traded or redeemed for money or other compensation, unless Easy Raids expressly allows this.

Virtual goods and virtual currencies may not be used outside the Service or transferred between accounts, unless Easy Raids has expressly made such a feature available.

Easy Raids may at any time change, replace, limit or remove virtual goods and virtual currencies, along with their properties, availability, prices and uses.

Easy Raids may also change game balance, game mechanics, probabilities, prices, rewards, progression and other economic or gameplay conditions within the Service.

Such changes may affect the value, usefulness, availability or amount of the virtual goods and virtual currencies a User has access to. Changes to game balance or virtual assets do not in themselves give a right to compensation.

You may not use the Service in a way that may harm, disrupt or negatively affect the Service, Easy Raids or other users.

You may not use, develop, distribute or otherwise exploit machines, software, scripts, bots or other automated methods intended to affect, automate or circumvent features of the Service, unless Easy Raids has expressly approved this.

Nor may you:

• cheat or use unauthorized aids;
• exploit bugs, exploits or other technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• manipulate game data, game mechanics, accounts, virtual goods, virtual currencies or other information in the Service;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts or Easy Raids' systems;
• circumvent or try to circumvent technical limits, security measures or other protections in the Service;
• use the Service to spread malicious code or other software that may harm or disrupt the Service or other users' devices;
• harass, threaten or otherwise seriously disturb other users; or
• use the Service for unlawful purposes or otherwise in breach of applicable law.

Nor may you try to get around a suspension or other restriction by creating, using or gaining access to another account.

Easy Raids may take action against breaches of this section under section 9 (Suspension and termination).

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, images, sound, music, text, trademarks, logos, design, game mechanics and other material, belong to Easy Raids or its licensors.

By using the Service, you get a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service and its content for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, pass on or otherwise use the Service or its content beyond what these Terms or applicable law expressly allow.

No ownership of the Service or its content passes to you through your use of the Service, or through buying digital content, virtual goods or virtual currencies.

Easy Raids processes personal data in connection with providing and administering the Service.

Information about how Easy Raids collects, uses, stores and protects personal data, and about your rights under applicable data protection law, can be found in Easy Raids' privacy policy.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read the information about the processing of personal data in the privacy policy.

The privacy policy is a separate part of Easy Raids' information to the User, and may be updated when needed to reflect changes in the Service, the processing of personal data or applicable law.

Easy Raids may temporarily limit or suspend your access to all or part of the Service if you breach these Terms, use the Service in an unauthorized way, or if there is reason to suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorized use or other activity that may harm the Service, Easy Raids or other users.

Easy Raids may also close your account and end your right to use the Service if the breach is serious or repeated, or if there are other objective reasons to close the account.

In the event of a breach, Easy Raids may, depending on the circumstances, take one or more of the following actions:

• limit access to all or part of the Service;
• temporarily suspend the account;
• permanently suspend or close the account;
• remove content that breaches the Terms;
• reset or delete game data, progression or other digital assets obtained or affected through rule breaches, exploits, bugs or technical errors; or
• take other actions needed to protect the Service, Easy Raids or other users.

If an account is suspended or closed, you may lose access to game data, progression, virtual goods, virtual currencies and other content linked to the account.

If your account is suspended or closed because of a breach of the Terms, you are not entitled to a refund of fees or purchases already paid, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Easy Raids may also suspend or close accounts used to get around an earlier suspension or other restriction.

When an account is closed, your right to use the Service and the licence described in section 7 end, unless otherwise provided by these Terms or applicable law.

Easy Raids provides the Service as is, and is not responsible for the Service always being available, error-free or meeting the User's expectations.

Easy Raids is not liable for indirect damage or loss arising in connection with the use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profit, lost income, loss of data, loss of progression or other consequential financial loss.

Easy Raids is not liable for damage, loss or disruption caused by circumstances outside Easy Raids' control, technical errors, outages, maintenance, changes to or discontinuation of the Service, errors at external services or suppliers, network problems or incorrect use of the Service.

Nor is Easy Raids liable for losses arising because the User breaches these Terms or uses the Service in a way that is not intended or allowed.

If, despite the above, Easy Raids is liable for any damage, Easy Raids' total combined liability for damage arising within a twelve-month period is limited to the amount the User has actually paid to Easy Raids in the twelve months immediately before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or rights to the extent such a limitation is not allowed under mandatory law.

Easy Raids is not responsible for delays, interruptions, limitations or other shortcomings in the Service caused by circumstances beyond Easy Raids' reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, fire, flood, widespread outages, power cuts, network or internet problems, cyberattacks, serious security incidents, war, acts of war, terrorism, riots, strikes or other industrial action, decisions or actions by authorities, epidemics or pandemics, and errors or outages at internet providers, server providers, payment providers or other external suppliers Easy Raids depends on.

If such a circumstance lasts for a longer period, Easy Raids may, without liability for compensation, limit, temporarily suspend or end all or part of the Service.

Easy Raids will take reasonable steps to resume the Service once the circumstance that caused the interruption or limitation no longer applies.

Easy Raids may change or update these Terms, for example because of changes to the Service, the business, technical conditions, security requirements, legislation or other circumstances.

The latest version of the Terms is published on Easy Raids' website or otherwise made available in connection with the Service. Changes take effect at the time stated in the updated version.

If a change is material, Easy Raids will inform the User of it in an appropriate way.

By continuing to use the Service after the changes have taken effect, the User accepts the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under Swedish law.

Disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service should first be resolved through dialogue between the User and Easy Raids.

If a dispute can't be resolved through dialogue, it is to be settled by a Swedish court, with [the Stockholm District Court] as the court of first instance.

This section does not limit the rights a consumer may have under the mandatory law of the country where the consumer lives.

If any provision of these Terms is wholly or partly invalid, declared invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or application of the other provisions of the Terms.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it is, as far as possible, to be interpreted or adjusted so that its purpose and intended meaning are achieved without conflicting with applicable law.
